The theme has been translated into the look of a spaceship, Within this spaceship the latest development in mobility were presented. The spaceship is 23 meter from end to end, making it a true eye catcher!
The Moving World Of Pon
Event marketing is a tool that more and more companies utilise. Automotive company Pon decided to turn to event marketing for the event ‘The Moving World of Pon’.
This event took place in the week of the 3rd to the 9th of October 2016 at the Pon Campus in Leusden. ‘The Moving World of Pon’ had the main purpose of sharing knowledge among all Pon-affiliated companies. The event was a platform for all these companies to share their respective ideas on developments in products, services and business, and present these to their business relations.
Co-Creatie Buro was asked to aid in bringing ‘The Moving World of Pon’ into existence. We created the themed concept for the brands Volkswagen, Skoda, Audi and Seat and several others, and set up the visualisation.
Within the created event concept, the themes of innovation and connectivity were emphasised in a futuristic visualisation. To that end, a large, round panorama dome of 23 meters wide was placed on the terrain and served as a space ship, with the interior depicting “the future of mobility”. Within the dome, the mobility of the future was presented through virtual reality, interactive displays, light, sound, video and screens. An enormous lit wifi-sign signified the themes of innovation and connectivity.
Outside the dome, several new car models and scoops were presented, for which Co-Creatie Buro provided the furnishing, including a Smart Flower to signify sustainable alternative energy sources.
